James B. Bower
OSAGE, IOWA — James B. Bower, 47, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Osage, died Monday (April 6, 1998) at the Gardiner Home in Phoenix of natural causes.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Osage Cemetery, with the Rev. James Pittman, officiating.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Champion Funeral Home, Osage.
James was born May 13, 1950, at Inglewood, Calif., the son of Birchard and Ethel (Womack) Bower. He moved to Arizona 37 years ago. He graduated from Judson High School in Scottsdale, Ariz., and attended Phoenix College.
He is survived by his father, Birchard R. Bower, of Osage; and two aunts, Harriett Heuer, of St. Ansgar, and Kathleen Rowe, of Cedar Rapids.
He was preceded in death by his mother, grandparents, and one uncle, Keith Bower.
