Cletus Hemann

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 27, 1988 at 10:30 A. M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church for Cletus Hemann, 65, of Osage. The Rev. Leon Connolly will officiate, and burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Osage. Mr. Hemann died Sunday, April 24, 1988 at a Rochester, Minnesota hospital. Visitation will be after 2:30 P.M. Tuesday at Champion Funeral Home with Rosaries said at 3 and 7 P.M. and a Scripture service at 8:00 P. M.

He was born May 24, 1922 in Mitchell County, the son of Joseph C. and Dorothy (Smith) Hemann. He received his education in the Sacred Heart School, Meyer, Iowa.

He married Kathleen Milbrandt on January 2, 1945 at Meyer. They farmed in LeRoy, Minnesota, Riceville, and Meyer areas until 1975 when they moved to Osage. He was then employed part-time by L. R. Falk Construction Co.

His parents preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Kathleen of Osage; one daughter, Mrs. Larry (LaVonne) Heimer of LeRoy, Minnesota; five sons, Richard and Duane, both of Stacyville, Dennis of Lyle, Minnesota, and Norman and Larry both of Osage; 11 grandchildren; three sisters, Sister Mary Kenneth of Dubuque, Mrs. Herbert (Angela) Werner of Osage, and Mrs. George (Theresa) Theis of Plymouth; five brothers, Raymond of Adams, Minnesota, John of Lime Springs, Kenneth of St. Ansgar, and Robert W. and Art, both of Osage
