Mrs. Eldora Neus, Formerly of Osage, Dies at Phoenix

OSAGE, IOWA — Mrs. Eldora Neus, 66, a former Osage resident, died Thursday at a hospital in Phoenix, Ariz, following surgery for cancer.

Born in Mason City March 31. 1889, she was the daughter of Mr and Mrs. C. A. Christiansen. Shortly afterward the family moved to Osage, where she was educated.

She was married to Harry N. Neus Albert Lea, Minnesota, November 24, 1910. They lived in Osage until 1942 vhen they moved to Riverside, Calif., where Mr. Neus operated a barber shop. He died in 1944.

Mrs. Neus lived in Riverside for several years, then moved to Phoenix, to be near her children.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Wayne Palmer and Mrs. Henry Schilling, and a son, Jack Neus, all of Phoenix, Ariz.; two sisters, Miss Mary Christiansen, Osage, and Mrs. Amanda Harlis, Charles City. There are three grandchildren.
