Lloyd Odden

Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 30, 1988 at Rock Creek Lutheran Church, rural Osage, for Lloyd Odden, 87, of Osage. The Reverend Perry Brown of Charles City officiated and burial was in Orchard Cemetery. Mr. Odden died Sunday, August 28, 1988 at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital of natural causes.

He was born September 25, 1900 in Cedar Township, Mitchell County, a son of Carl and Johanna (Dammen) Odden. He attended rural schools in Cedar Township and farmed in the Cedar Township until his retirement.

He married Corrine Grinstead on February 16, 1980. They made their home in Osage.

Mrs. Odden preceded her husband in death in September of 1986.

Survivors include two nieces and three nephews.
