OSAGE, IOWA — Robert C. Young, 52, of Osage, died Wednesday (July 30, 2003) at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa in Mason City.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage with the Rev. Robert Melhorn officiating.

Inurnment will be in the Little Cedar Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage.

YOUNG, Robert C. 1950-2003

Funeral services for Robert C. Young, age 52, of Osage were held Friday, August 1, 2003, at the Champion Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage. The Reverend Robert Melhorn officiated. Inurnment was in the Liberty Cemetery, Little Cedar, Iowa. Robert died Wednesday, July 30, 2003, at Mercy Medical Center North Iowa in Mason City.

Robert was born November 23, 1950, in Osage the son of Marion D. and Mildred (Schroeder) Young. He graduated from Osage High School in 1968.

Preceding him in death were his parents, two sisters Judy Hansen and Helen Young and one brother James Young.

Survivors include two sons James R. Young and wife Lisa and their daughter Karli of Acworth, Georgia; Robert C. Young of Cedar Rapids, a brother John A. Young of San Antonio, Texas, and his two sons, Wade Young and wife Ivette and their children Austin and Jordan of Grand Forks, North Dakota, Sean Young and wife Nichole and their daughter Mariah of San Antonio, Texas; two nieces Lori Berning and husband Rick and their children Judy, Joshua and Andrew of Minneapolis, Minnesota; Sherri Gray and husband Gregg and their children Dalton and Jessica of Ames; Aunt, Virginia Ellison and husband Forrest of Osage; Aunt, Helen Young of Osage along with other aunts, uncles and cousins.
