Dorothy E. Hogan, age 80, of Mankato, died on Thursday, April 19, 2001, at the Oaklawn Health Care Center.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, April 22, at the Mankato Mortuary; Rev. Mary Iverson officiated. Interment was in the Osage Cemetery, Osage, Mitchell county, Iowa.
Dorothy E. Hogan, was born on August 17, 1920, to Clifford and Elna (Fehling) Stickney in Osage, Iowa. She graduated from the Osage High School. Dorothy was united in marriage to Marlow Hogan in 1942 in Osage and they later divorced.
She moved to San Diego in 1952 and worked for the California Youth Authority office as the Executive Secretary before retiring. She moved to the Mankato area in 1996. She attended the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Mankato, Minnesota.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother; and brother-in-law.
Those that survive her include one son, Larry Hogan of Ketchikan, Alaska; one sister, Hila Judas of Mankato; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
