[NOTE: Gjert Nielsen (22 y.o.) and Christie Ingebrigtsdatter (34 y.o.) were married 12th July 1853 in Sogndal, Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway.
His father: Niels Nielsen
Her father: Ingebrigt Tollefsen

Christie Ingebrigtsdatter born 1817 in Sogndal (correct year: is 1816)
Gjertrud born 1853 in Sogndal
Brithe born 1857 in Sogndal
Niels born 1860 in Sogndal
Ingeborg born 1865 in Sogndal

Christi was born 24th November 1816 in Sogndal, Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway.

Gjert N. Wasli was born at Sogn, Norway August 8, 1830.
He was confirmed at the Sogndal church. In 1857 he married Christi Engebregtsdatter. They emigrated to America in 1881. His first wife died in 1882.
Wasli moved to Iowa in 1887. In 1889 he married Ronnog Throndsen. They have since lived in St. Ansgar, Iowa.
Mr. Wasli has been failing for some time. He died May 28th at the age of 81 years and 10 months.
