DEATH CLAIMS MRS. HARVEY WARRINGTON

Mrs. Harvey Warrington, 37, died early Wednesday after six years illness with Hodgekin's disease. As Lillian Gunderson, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. John Gunderson, she was born August 5, 1899, on the home farm near St. Ansgar where she resided until her marriage. On September 8, 1920, she was united in marriage to Mr. Harvey Warrington. During the past nine years they have lived on a farm south of Osage, Iowa.

Surviving are her husband, Harvey; two children Lucille and Harold and four sisters: Mrs. Cecilia Havskjold, Montana; Mrs. Anton Groth and Mrs. P.A. Larson, St. Ansgar, Iowa; Mrs. Ed Gaarder, Osage, Iowa.; and brothers Gus, Julius and Gilbert all living in Canada.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at the Lutheran church in Osage, Iowa, with the Rev. Solem in charge. Burial will be in the [First] Lutheran cemetery in St. Ansgar, Iowa.

Funeral Friday for Rare Disease Victim
In Church at Osage

OSAGE, IOWA — Funeral services will be held here Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Osage Lutheran Church in charge of the Rev. T. P. Solem for Mrs. Harvey Warrington 37, who died at her farm home here Wednesday alter a six year illness with Hodgkin's disease, a rare disease of the blood and glands. Mrs. Warrington's sister. Nellie, died several years ago of the same disease.

Lillian Gunderson was born August 5, 1899, in St Ansgar and was married to Harvey Warrington Sept. 8, 1920, and they moved to a farm south of Osage nine years ago.

Surviving are her husband and two children, Lucille and Harold, and five brothers, George and Knut of St. Ansgar, and Gustave, Julius and Gilbert of Canada, and four sisters, Mrs. Ed Gaarder of Osage, Mrs. P. A. Larson and Mrs. Anton Groth of St. Ansgar, and Mrs. Cecilia Sesjold [Havskjold] of Montana.

Burial will be in the Osage cemetery.

Notes:

Lillian Warrington is actually buried at the First Lutheran Cemetery at St. Ansgar, as the obituary from the Enterprise (above) states.

First Lutheran Church burial records also have her buried in the First Lutheran cemtery.

So the Globe Gazette information is wrong.
