AFFIDAVIT: May 1954.

I, Frank Joseph Spitz, being first duly sworn on oath depose and say that I am a resident of Mitchell County, Iowa; that in connection with my application for a pension from the Veterans Administration I hereby state that I have no anticipated income for the period April 27, 1954 to December 31, 1954. I own no real estate but have been a tenant farmer; that on February 23, 1954 I had a closing out sale of my farm property, an itemized accounting of which is hereto attached; that I have been obliged to quit farming because of ill health; that I will have no source of income during the period mentioned, unless it would be a small amount of interest on United States Series E Bonds in the event I have to cash some of them, and in said event interest would not exceed Two hundred dollars ($200.00) during said time. My physical condition will not permit me to do any work so there will be no income from personal labor.
