AFFIDAVIT: March 25, 1953.

I, O. H. Koch, being first duly sworn on oath depose and say that I was the son and only heir at law of J. F Koch, St. Ansgar, Iowa, who died intestate on June 28, 1930; that his estate was never probated; that at his death he was the owner of Certificate No. 8 representing five shares of stock of the Mitchell County Abstract Company, which stock descended to me by inheritance; that all debts, claims and expenses of the said J.F. Koch were fully paid.
