Services Tuesday For Gernie Funk

Gurnard Funk, 65, passed away early this Thursday morning at the state hospital following an illness of some duration. The body was removed to Glenwood and funeral services will be held at the Myers-James funeral home, Tuesday afternoon, March 24th at 2 o'clock, with Rev. J. F. Stille in charge. Interment will be made in the West Liberty cemetery.

Immediate survivors are his wife, Bessie, of Glenwood; a daughter, Mrs. Riley Hixson of Malvern; a son, Carl and daughter Mrs. Cleil Ostrander, of Los Angeles, who are enroute to Glenwood from the coast.
