Charles L. Delavan, 69, passed away this Monday morning at the Veteran's hospital at Knoxville, Iowa. Mr. Delavan, who was a Spanish-American war veteran, had been in the Knoxville hospital some two weeks.
The body was brought to Glenwood and funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock on Wednesday afternoon in the Myers-James funeral home. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill cemetery.
