Miss Ada M. Flint, daughter of John and Mary Carter, died on the eighth, and was buried on the following day. She died at the early age of twenty years, yet fully prepared for the better life.

The funeral was attended by a large number of friends and relatives. The sermon was preached by Rev. P.F. Bresee, and was an effort every way worthy of the man and occasion. The family wish to extend their heartfelt thanks for the expressions of kindness and sympathy shown them by numerous friends in their affliction.
