July 13, 1967Services for Charles C. Plumer, Sr., 92, will be held today (Thursday) at 2 p.m. from Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. D.J. Crockett officiating.
Mr. Plumer was born July 2, 1875 in Mills County and died Monday in Glenwood. He spent his lifetime as a farmer in Mills County. Interment will be at Plumer cemetery with Raynor Leet and Kent in charge.
Survivors include his widow, Augusta; children, Mrs. Pauline Carter of Las Vegas, Nev., Charles C. Plumer, Jr., of Glenwood, Mrs. Luela Nevin of Omaha, Mrs. Maria Ewing of Wayne, Neb., Albert of Glenwood and Alfred of Council Bluffs, 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
