Mrs. J.R. Nunley died Saturday at her home in the west part of Glenwood, and the funeral was held Monday morning at 11 o’clock. Elder Geo. Weaver of Tabor officiating.

Her maiden name was Calfena Green, and she was born July 31, 1841, in Oneida County, New York.

She was married in 1871 to Mr. Nunley in Johnson County, Iowa. The family has resided in Glenwood for 18 years. She is survived by a husband and five children. The deceased was known as a kind neighbor, loving wife and mother, and a good Christian woman.
