10 Feb 1905James Lambert, an old pioneer of Mills county, died Feb 2, near Ranchester, Wyo. He was a resident up till three years ago of Lyons township south of Glenwood, moving there in 1831. He was about 76 years old and was born in West Virginia.
A wife and 9 children survive him. The children are Asal, Lester, Calvin and Lewis Lambert, Mrs. J.L. Merritt, and Mrs. Charles Mayberry, Glenwood; Mrs. J.P. Frazier, Malvern, Mrs. W.W. Keysor, Percival; Walter Lambert; Oregon.
