Canon Heman B. Burgess, who served as pastor of St. Luke's Episcopal church at Plattsmouth for thirty-nine years, died, at his home there at 6 o'clock Saturday morning. He had many acquaintances in this county. He was seventy-nine years old at the time of his death. The funeral is to be held this Monday afternoon.
