Dorothy L Churchman, 99, Malvern

Dorothy L. Churchman, 99, of Malvern, died July 23, 2004, at the Afton Care Center. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 29, at the Mansfield-Hertz Funeral Home in Malvern. Family will be present to receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 30, 11 a.m., at the Malvern United Methodist Church. Interment will be at the Malvern Cemetery.

A memorial fund has been established. A completely obituary will be published in next week’s edition of The Opinion-Tribune Mansfield-Hertz Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
