Diane Wolford, 46, Tabor

Diane Wolford, 46, of Tabor, died May 2, 2003, at her home following an extended illness. Funeral services were held May 6, 2003, at the First United Congregational Church of Christ in Tabor. Father Paul Monahan and Rev. Tom Clark officiated at the service. Interment was at the Tabor Cemetery.

Mrs. Wolford was the daughter of Delbert Grindle and Lila (Larson) Scherer, born April 4, 1957, in Omaha, Neb. She was married to Kevin Wolford on Sept. 20, 1975, in Glenwood. She worked for Park Place in Glenwood for 30 years.

Mrs. Wolford was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her husband, Kevin Wolford of Tabor; mother Lila Scherer of Plattsmouth, Neb.; daughters Tiffany Floro and husband Steve of North Platte, Neb., and Tonya Wolford of Tabor; grandchildren Jenna and Reese; mother-in-law Lois Lorenz and husband Joe of Lakewood, Calif.; father-in-law Jim Wolford and wife Barb of Brea, Calif.; brother-in-law Mike Wolford and wife Nancy of Modesto, Calif.; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.

Memorials are suggested to the family. The Crawford-Marshall Funeral Chapel in Tabor was in charge of arrangements.
