Bernice (Baty) Lamp, 80, of Lincoln, passed to her heavenly reward on Friday (2/4/11). She was born in Bain, Minnesota on March 1, 1930 to William and Ariel Baty. Bernice was a long time volunteer at the Willard Community Center and a member of WCTU and First Church of the Nazarene. She was loved by all that knew her.

Survivors: Daughers & Son-in-law: Mary and Gary Nichels, Esther Steckly, Donna Arnold, all of Lincoln, Neb.; Step-son & spouse: Don and Diane Bradley, Rock Port, Mo.; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brothers & sisters-in-law: Jean and Betty Baty, Minn., Burl Baty, Mont., David and Virginia Baty, Kan.; sisters & brothers-in-law: Lois Stump, Grace Walker, Rachel and Ronnie Robinson, Terry and David Melvin, all of Lincoln; many nieces and nephews and many friends. Preceded in death by: husband, Lester Lamp; parents; 2 sisters & 2 brothers.

Celebration of Life Service: 10 a.m., Tuesday, February 8, 2011, at First Church of the Nazarene, 1901 South 70th Street, with Pastor Brad Carpenter officiating.
