Wm. Wence, the fifteen year old son of John Wence, died suddenly after a short illness with hemorrhage of the lungs. Saturday he was coasting and returning home complained of not feeling well. He later had hemorrhaged and passed away about 7 o'clock Sunday morning. The boy had been subject to hemorrhage.

The father is employed at Mrs. Guyer's. The funeral was held Monday afternoon from the Christian church, Rev. Gray officiating.
