Glenwood mourns the death of one of its splendid pioneer women in the person of Mrs. Lizabeth Buffington Bogart. No community can boast of a better citizen. She leaves in her children a legacy of good citizens to this and other communities wherever may be their homes.

Death came at an early hour of Friday, May 5, following a brief illness as the aftermath of an accident she sustained a few days previous.

Funeral services will be in the home at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 8. Burial in Glenwood cemetery.
