Death of Mrs. Norvel Jones - - Those who met Mr. and Mrs. Norvel Jones when they were here visiting about a month ago were surprised and shocked to learn the first of this week of the death of Mrs. Jones. At the time of their visit deceased seemed to be enjoying excellent health. Mr. and Mrs. Jones were for a number of years residents of this county and quite a goodly number of their friends and former neighbors were present at the funeral in the Baptist church Monday afternoon to pay their last respects to one whom they had highly respected in life. Rev. J.E. Wilkins conducted the services and interment took place in Malvern cemetery.
