ESTES, MARSHALL, CASH, WOLFE, BURGER

Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon in the Reeves funeral home in Tabor for Sam Estes, 68, who died Tuesday, May 19, following an illness of several months.

Mr. Estes was born at Tabor Nov. 9, 1874, the son of Samuel Marshall and Keziah Mildred Estes, and passed away at the farm where he was born and lived all his life. He received his early education in the rural schools of Mills county and later attended Tabor college.

On March 14, 1903 he was united in marriage to Leota Cash of Atchison, Kan. To this union two daughters were born, the older dying at birth. He is survived by his wife, daughter Pearl, two sisters, Mrs. Ollie Wolfe of Glenwood and Mrs. Ethel Burger of Ft. Dodge, and a host of other relatives and friends.
