Elizabeth Swanson. 31, of Pierson, died Thursday, Jan. 17,1985, at a Cherokee Hospital,Funeral was at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Salem Lutheran Church, rural Correctionville.
Rev. Martin Osterloh officiated. Burial was at 4 p.m. Monday, in the Glenwood Cemetery at Glenwood. Visitation began at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Dickison-Michaelson Funeral Home in Kingsley.
Mrs. Swanson, the former Elizabeth Ann McLaughlin, was born July 19.1953, in Gardiner. Maine. She married Marvin Swanson June 16, 1973, in Jacksonville, Fla. The couple lived in
Pierson since 1976. Mrs. Swanson was a member of the Salem Lutheran Church and the Harrison
F. Pedersen post 291, American Legion Auxiliary at Pierson. She was active in Cub Scouts and in Brownie Scouts, She also was a member of the
Young Couples Club at Salem Lutheran
Church.

Survivors are her husband; two daughters, Janelle and Jennifer, and one son, Jeffrey, all at home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard
McLaughlin of Jacksonville. Fla. ; one
sister, Mrs. Jerry (Bonnie) Weaver of
Virginia Beach, Va.; and her grandmother,
Mrs. Charles McLaughlin Sr.
of Gardiner, Maine.
