The harvest of death seems unusally great the last few weeks, and the Reaper
"Takes the bearded grain at a breath and the flowers that grow between"

One of the latest flowers taken was the little boy, the only child of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hubbell. He died last Wednesday after a short illness and was buried on Thursday in the Glenwood cemetery, Rev. M.D. Reed conducting the funeral services. The father and mother have the fullest sympathy of a large circle of neighbors and friends as was shown by acts of helpfulness during the time of the sickness and in the burial of the dead. It is such assistance and sympathy that proves the extent of human kindness and Mr. and Mrs. Hubbell find their sorrow mingled with joy by reasons of the many neighborly deeds done for them in their bereavement.
