Services were Friday in Glenwood for Fern Mae Tucker, 73, of Glenwood. She died last Tuesday in a Council Bluffs hospital.

Mrs. Tucker was born on Aug. 10, 1911 in Glenwood, the oldest child of Robert and Nina Stivers. She spent her childhood in Cedar Creek and Plattsmouth, Neb., graduating from Plattsmouth High School. She married Harold Tucker on Nov. 5, 1933 in Glenwood.

Survivors include one daughter, Ruth Ann Tocher; two sisters, Erma Lincoln and Lucille Hunt; one brother, Willard Stivers, all of Glenwood; and many nieces,nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Services were at Peterson Mortuary with the Rev. Wayne Sigler officiating. Music was provided by Ardis Dusenberry, organist. Casket bearers were Charles Anderson, Shirley Lincoln, Walter Stivers, Bill Stivers, Don Stivers and Bill Hunt. Interment was at Glenwood Cemetery.
