Elmer Roenfeld, age 83 of Glenwood, Iowa formerly of Mineola, Iowa, died at the Jennie Edmundson Memorial Hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa on October 14, 2006.

Elmer was a former employee of John Deere in Omaha, NE.

Visitation Tuesday, October 17, from 5 to 8 P.M. at the Hertz Funeral Home in Glenwood. Funeral Services 10:30 A.M. Wednesday at the St. John Lutheran Church in Mineola. Burial in the Mineola Cemetery.

Elmer is survived by his daughter, Janice Teegarden and Wayne Ogle of Omaha, NE; son, Kirby Roenfeld and wife Sharon of Mineola; sister, Alice Hansen and husband Wallace of Glenwood; 3
grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Gerry Haynie of Papillion, NE and Ethel Olsen of Council Bluffs; brother-in-law, Ivan Olsen of Omaha.
