November 14, 1940Durbin Services Held at Malvern Monday
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at Mansfield Funeral Home in Malvern for Mrs. Eva Durbin, 72, member of two prominent Mills county pioneer families, the Dolphs and Durbins, who died at her home there Saturday night. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. L. Z. Crozier of Ottumwa, one son, Orville Durbin of Emerson, two grandchildren a great grandchild, two sisters, Mrs. Strayer Summer of Strahan and Mrs. Fred Davis of Ames; two brothers, Harry Dolph of Newton and Jun Dolph of Strahan. Burial was in Malvern, cemetery.
