Mrs. Ruth Garrett of Glenwood passed away on Wednesday morning, Nov. 27 at Mercy hospital in Council Bluffs. Services were Saturday at the Peterson mortuary in Glenwood with interment in Fairview cemetery.

Mrs. Garrett is survived by a son, Robert Addison of Minden, Neb.; a daughter, Mrs. Hugh (Pauline) Edwards of Glenwood; eight grandchildren; two brothers, L. E. Timson of Tabor and Ben Timson of Downey, Calif., and three sisters, Mrs. Helen Fenwick and Mrs. Murial Dyke of Glenwood and Mrs. Asa Smith of Sioux City. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer; a son, Elmer Earl, and a daughter, Mrs. Aileene Davis.
