February 23, 1995Lena Marie Delavan Garrett, 91, of Glenwood died Feb. 22 at her home.
Mrs. Garrett was born in Mills Couny and worked at the Glenwood State Hospital School until she retired.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George, in 1949.
Survivors include one daughter, Virginia Ragland of Glenwood; seven grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great grandchildren.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Peterson Mortuary in Glenwood, with the Rev. Richard T. Wheatley officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Mills County.
Memorials may be offered to the Glenwood Fire and Rescue Squad.
