WILL OF W. H. STOREY
I, W. H. Storey, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament.
I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my personal estate.
I give and bequeath to my wife Lucinda Storey, all of my property, both personal and real, of which I may die seized, to be here during her lifetime, and that which remains at her death I direct that the same shall then decend (sic) in equal shares to my surviving children [and in the case of the death of any living children] (this part written in by hand in the typed will) surviving them, I direct in such event that the share of such deceased child of mine, if any, shall decend (sic) to his or her survivors.
I hereby nominate as Executor of this my will, my wife Lucinda Storey and request that she be appointed without bond. Dated February 3, 1913. Signed W. H. Storey
