In the Name of God, Amen: I Stephen L. Bailor, of the County of Mills, in the State of Iowa, being of full and sound mind, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, that is to say:

First: I direct that my lawful debts, the expenses of my last sickness and burial, and the administration of my estate be first paid and subject thereto.

Second: I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Jane Bailor, a One Third interest in all the property, both real and personal, of which I may die seized, and of whatever kind or character and wherever situated. This devise to my wife is made in lieu of any and all rights and interest which she would acquire by law by virtue of being my wife, and her acceptance of this devise shall constitute a full waiver of her dower interest or other interest in my estate.

Third: I give, devise and bequeath to my Son Edward Bailor the sum of 150 Dollars.

Fourth: I give, devise and bequeath to my son Walter Bailor the sum of 125 Dollars.

Fifth: I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Mattie Bailor the sum of 125 Dollars.

I direct that my property be sold, both real and personal to satisfy the above legacies if the same is necessary.

Sixth: The balance of my property, both real and personal of which I may die seized, subject to the foregoing provisions hereof, shall be equally divided between all my Sons and Daughters, share and share alike.

I hereby nominate Edward Bailor to be the executor of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at Glenwood, Iowa, this 12th day of July A.D. 1910.
Signed: Stephen L. Bailor
