I, Thomas M. Boles of Malvern, Mills County Iowa, being of full age and sound mind, do make and publish and declare this my last will and testament, that is to say:

First: I direct that all my lawful debts, the expenses of my last sickness, and the administration of my estate be paid out of my personal property.

Second: I give and bequeath to my wife Caroline A. Boles all of my personal property and real estate of which I may die seized, to have and to hold with all the rents, income and profits arising therefrom for her use and control during the term of her natural life.

Third: I direct that after the death of my said wife the real estate of which I die seized and personal property, if there shall be any remaining, shall be divided equally among my children, to wit; George W. Boles, Mary Emma Turner, formerly Mary Emma Boles, James M. Boles, Charles T. Boles, Frank Boles and Alice Boles, share and share alike.

Fourth; I direct that in the event of the death of any of my said children aforesaid that then in that event the share of said child shall revert to their children or heirs.

Fifth: I hereby revoke all former wills by me made and hereby appoint my said wife, Caroline A. Boles and my son Charles T. Boles, Executrix and Executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 20th day of November A.D. 1905
