WILL OF GEORGE A. COINER

I, George A. Coiner, of Mills County, Iowa, being of sound mind and memory, do make this my last Will and Testament.

First: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of the first moneys that shall come into the hands of my executor, from any portion of my estate, real or personal.

Second: I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Coiner, all my household furniture and effects.

Third: All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, real and personal, whatsoever and wheresoever, I order and direct to be converted into money as soon as the same can conveniently be done after my decease.: and for that purpose I do hereby authorize and empower my said executor hereinafter named, and the survivor of him, to sell and dispose of all my said real and personal estate, either by public or private sale, and by proper deed or deeds to be duly executed, acknowledged, and perfected, to grant, convey the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof, in fee simple. And when the whole of my said residuary estate shall be converted into money as aforesaid, then I direct that the same shall be disposed of as follows:

I give to my beloved wife Elizabeth Coiner, one full one third thereof.

I give to my daughter, Allie Humston, One Hundred Dollars

All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I give devise and bequeath unto my five children, Charles W. Coiner, Mrs. Maud Wilson, Arch T. Coiner, Walter Coiner and Gladys Coiner, to be divided equally between them share and share alike.

And I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint Arch T. Coiner, my son, executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills and testaments by me at any time heretofore made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 29th day of March A.D. 1916.
