Know all men by these presents: That I Mary L. Dalton of Rawles Township, Mills County, Iowa, being of sound mind and memory, and in good bodily health, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

After the payment of all my just debts and funeral charges, I give and bequeath and devise as follows:

1st I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved husband Charles Dalton, of Rawles Township, Mills County, Iowa, my homestead place, together with all the books, pictures, furniture etc. therein contained.

2nd I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved husband Charles Dalton, of Rawles Township, Mills County, Iowa, all my real estate of every kind and description, wherever located, also all my personal property, to-wit; monies, stocks, bonds, notes, life insurance and chattels of every kind and description, wherever located; to have and to hold all of said property, real and personal, in his own name and right forever.

I hereby constitute and appoint my husband, Charles Dalton, of Rawles Township, Mills County, Iowa, executor and trustee of this my last will and testament, and hereby request that he may be exempt from giving bond as executor or trustee.

In testimony whereof, I hereunto set my hand, and in the presence of the two witnesses named below, declare this to be my last will and testament, this 2nd day of May A.D. 1905.
