WILL OF MELINDA D. WEST

I do hereby will and bequeath to my well beloved husband, Charles L. West of Cass Co. Nebraska all my landed Estate, also to him my sheep and my household furniture.

My notes and moneys I hereby bequeath to my Nephews and Nieces of St. Lawrence Co. New York, (also) my books to my eldest brother Mark B. Doud of the aforesaid place, also my clothing to my sisters and sisters-in-law and to my youngest brother John F. Doud of Cass Co. Nebraska my breast pin ring and portrait with my latest love and prayer for my kind and aged Father and all other Friends. God be merciful unto us. I hereby make and appoint my brother John F. Doud my Executor and Administrator.
