LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ANN E. WEST
Be it remembered that I Ann E. West, of the County of Mills and State of Iowa, being of sound mind and of good memory, do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me.
My will is as follows: I own no real estate.
I direct that all expense of my last sickness and burial be first paid out of my estate before there shall be any division thereof.
I hereby give and bequeath to my son W.D.West, one tenth of all the money I have at my demise, and the Marble Bed room set and the safe I hereby give to his wife, Mrs. W.D.West. This to be received by said W.D.West in full of all his portion of my estate of every kind real or personal.
To my daughter Gertrude Good I hereby give and bequeath one tenth of all the money I have at my demise, and also my brown Rocking Chair, the two large Pictures representing two Girls and one the Queen descending the stairs, and my clothes press; this to be accepted by her in full of all of her portion of my estate either real or personal.
To my daughter Mollie Rusing I give and bequeath one tenth of all money I have at my demise and four pictures as follows, of Granchildren, Parlor, Sitting Room, Picnic; also Feather bed and Pillows, Bedstead and Bedding, also I give her the piano; This to be taken in full of all her portion of my estate real or personal.
To my son Carlos West I give and bequeath three tenths of the money I have at my demise, also I give to him the Secretary "Wood Stand" Red Plush Lounge, and the old tall Lamp, and to him I bequeath for his wife, Fannie, the Rattan Rocking Chair; this to be taken and accepted by him my said son in full of all his said portion of my estate either real or personal.
To my daughter Clara West I bequeath the old Family Bible, and it is my desire that she participate no farther in my estate either real or personal.
To my son Melvin H. West I bequeath one tenth of all my money I have at my demise, and it is my desire that he participate no farther in my estate either real or personal.
To my daughter Adelia M. Aistrope, I hereby give and bequeath three tenths of all the money I have at my demise, also I give to her all the pictures and household furniture which I have not otherwise disposed of in this my will, and this to be taken in full of all her portion of my estate.
I hereby nominate and appoint as executor of this my will Adelia M. Aistrope and I desire that she be exempted from giving bond as such executor.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name this 19th day of January A.D. 1905.
