The last will and testament of Henry Betts of Glenwood, Mills County, Iowa.

I, Henry Betts of Glenwood, Mills County, Iowa, being in good bodily health and of sound and disposing mind and memory and being desirous of settling my worldly affairs whle in the full possession of my mental and bodily powers, do hereby publish and declare this instrument of writing as and for my last will and testament.

(That is to say) I give and devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my wife Julia A. Betts, her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns for her and their own use and benefit.

And I hereby appoint my said wife Sole Executrix of this my will, hereby revoking all other wills made by me at any time heretofore.

In Witness whereof I, the said Henry Betts have hereunto set my hand this Twenty Fifth day of December A.D. 1867. Signed Henry Betts

Signed by the above named Henry Betts as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us present
at the time who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses thereto.
