Know all men by these presents that I Frank Brown of Pacific City, Iowa in the County of Mills and State of Iowa. Being of sound mind and memory do make and publish my last will and testament as follows:

First I give and bequeath to Bernard Rhodes the following land situated in Pacific City, Mills County, Iowa, to wit: Lot five and six in Block One Hundred and four (104). One (1), two (2), three (3), four (4),
Five (5) and six (6) in Block Eighty nine (89), to have and hold said premises with the appurtenances thereon.

I hereby appoint as my Executors and Administrators to my will, W. G. Templeton and J. H. Rhodes. In testimony whereof I have set my hand and seal and publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in the presence of the witnesses named below June 28 in the year 1901. Signed Frank Brown

Signed and declared by the said Frank Brown as his last will in presence of us and we subscribe our names as witnesses.
