Will of James M. Anthony Deceased.

Last Will and Testament.

I James M. Anthony, of the town of Glenwood, County of Mills, and State of Iowa, do make this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.

First, I direct that all my lawful debts, the expenses of my last sickness and burial, and of the administration of my estate, be first paid, and subject thereto.

Second, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Amelia A. Anthony, all of the property of which I may die seized, both real and personal, and wherever situated to be her sole and absolute property.

And I hereby nominate Amelia A. Anthony, my beloved wife, to be the executrix of this my Last Will and Testament; and I request that my said executrix shall not required to furnish bond or security for the faithful performance of her duty.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at Glenwood, Iowa, this 13th day of September A.D. 1921

The foregoing written instrument, consisting of one sheet of paper was on the 13th day of September A.D. 1921, subscribed by the testator James M. Anthony, as and for his Last Will and Testament, in the presence of each of the undersigned, who at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have signed our names hereto as subscribing witnesses.
