I, Betsy W. Glynn residing in Mills County, Iowa, being of sound mind and memory do publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.
First, pay all my just debts.
Second, And to my husband John W. Glynn I devise and bequeath One Quarter Section of land located in Keith Co, Nebraska, also one third of the home place containing Sixteen acres (16) providing he survives me.
And to my son Walter W. Glynn I devise the balance residue, and remainder of the said sixteen (16) acres on the home place.
And to my daughter Marcia I bequeath Sixteen Hundred and Eighty Dollars, ($1,680.00). also all papers that I hold against her, and to her three children, Bertha, Lottie, and Alfred I bequeath Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) to each of them.
And certain papers found in my daughter Mary E. Dunns name I bequeath to her. Also One Thousand Dollars.
And to Mrs. Grace B. Wright I bequeath Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).
And should there be any property belonging to me after my funeral expenses are all settled I desire the same should be equally divided among my three children and I hereby nominate and appoint my son Walter W. Glynn executor of this my Last Will and Testament without bond dated at my home in Rawles Twp. Mills Co, Iowa, this 2nd day of November 1915.
