Last Will and Testament of Lawrence Bogart.

KNOW BY ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:-

That I Lawrence Bogart of Glenwood, Mills County, Iowa being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make publish and declare the follwing to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and alll Wills or Codicils to a Will heretofore made by me.

I. It is my wish and will, and I hereby direct, that my just debts be first paid out of my estate.

II. Subject to the foregoing, I will, devise and bequeath all of my property of every kind, nature and description, and wherever situated, to my mother, Lizabeth B. Bogart of Glenwood Iowa, absolutely.

III. In the event of the death of my mother, Lizabeth B. Bogart, before the date of my death, it is my wish and will and I hereby will, devise and bequeath unto my brother Wayne A. Bogart, and my sisters Nell S. Bogart, Gertrude Workman and Inslee M. Flickinger all of my property of every kind, nature and description, both real and personal and wherever situated, share and share alike. However should my brother Wayne A. Bogart or any of my sisters, Nell S. Bogart Gertrude Workman or Inslee M. Flickinger die before the date of my death, without issue, I hereby direct that the share of such person dying without issue shall be divided among the surviving devisees hereinbefore named, or the heirs of such devisee's body, share and share alike.

IV. I hereby appoint Lizabeth B. Bogart Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and ask that my said Executrix be not required to give bond for the faithful performance of her duties as such.

Dated at Glenwood, Iowa this 7th day of October A.D. 1916.

On this 7th day of October A.D. 1916, the foregoing instrument was signed and executed by Lawrence Bogart in our presence, and was by him declared to us to be his Last Will and Testament, and at his request and in his presence, and in the presence of each other, we have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
