I, Jacob F. Bock, of Pacific Junction, in the county of Mills and State of
Iowa, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this
frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this
to be my last will and testament.

First, I order and direct that my Exeuctor hereinafter named, pay all my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.

Second, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give devise
and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Ida D. Bock all of my property, both real,
personal and mixed of which I may die seized and possessed wherever found or
situated with the below and following bequests to be paid by her when she
succeeds in disposing of some of my real estate or can otherwise pay them
without sacrifices, to-wit;

To my beloved daughters May Smith and Daisy Gardner the sum of one hundred
dollars each, To my brothers and sisters the below and following sums which
are in fact the return of said sums give me by them many years ago. To my
brother Joseph Bock the sum of Twenty Five dollars, to my brother William,
Michael and John Bock the sum of Ten Dollars each, to my sisters Marie McHanna
and Maggie Villahuer the sum of Ten Dollars each.

The real estate of which I am seized and possessed being an undivided one half
interest in and to the Southwest Quarter of the North East Quarter and the
North East Quarter of the South East Quarter of Sec, 12 Tp. 72 N.Rg.44; West
of 5th, P.M. Mills Co Iowa. Also the East Half of South East Quarter of Sec.
3-Tp 16 Rg, 15 West of the 6th, P.M. Sherman Co, Nebraska and all of Block
9-Benschater Bros, 1st addition to town now city of Loup City, Nebraska. Also
lot 2-Block 14, Housel & Stebbins addition to City of Omaha, Nebraska, and two
vacant lots in the town or village of Keystone, Keith Co, Nebraska being the
only property owned by me in said Keith Co, Nebraska.

Lastly I Make, constitute and appoint C.C. Carlsen of Loup City, Nebraska, to
be Executor of this, my Last Will and testament, hereby revoking all former
wills by me made.

In Witness, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 3rd
day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand Nine hundred fourteen.

This instrument, was on the day of the date thereof signed, published and
declared by the said testator Jacob F. Bock, to be his Last Will and
Testament, in the presence of us who at his request have suscribed our names
thereto as witnesses, in his presence, and in the presence of each other.
