Know All Men By These Presents:

That I Henry Reshoeft of Mills County, State of Iowa, being of full age and of
sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my Last will and
testament.

First I desire that all my lawful debts, the expenses of my last sickness and
burial and of the administration of my estate be first paid and subject
thereto.

Second. I give and bequeath to my wife Dora Reshoeft instead of her dower and
legal share in my estate, all of the income, rents and interest of all real
estate, of all personal property & monies of which I shall die seized &
possessed, to be enjoyed by her during her natural life, she paying taxes and
repairs.

Third. After my decease and the decease of my said wife, Dora Reshoeft, all my
estate, consisting of real estate and all personal property of which I shall
die seized & posessed, or to which I shall be entitled at my death, shall be
equally divided, share and share alike among my four hereinafter named
childen, or their respective heirs at law, viz. My son Jacob Reshoeft now of
Spokane Washington; my son John Reshoeft now of Spokane Washington;my daughter
Emma, wife of Adolph Wriedt of Wakefield, Nebraska, and my daughter
Margaretha, wife of George Schmielau of Tryenor, Iowa.

Fourth. I hereby appoint my son in law George Schmielau and my friend M.
Flammant of Mineola, Iowa, executors of this my last will and testament, and
request that they shall not be required to furnish bonds for the faithful
performance of their duty as such executors.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 6th day of January
A.D. 1910

The foregoing written instrument consisting of one sheet of paper was on the
6th day of January A.D. 1910, subscribed by the testator Henry Reshoeft, as
and for his last will and testament, in the presence of each of the
undersigned, who at his request, and in his presence and in the presence of
each other have signed our names as subscribing witnesses.
