I S.T. Brothers, of the town of Malvern, County of Mills and State of Iowa, being of sound and disposing mind do make and declare this my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills by me made, at any time heretofore.

Item I. I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate.

Item 2. All the rest and residue and remainder of my estate real and personal and mixed of which I may die siezed or possessed or to which I may be entitled, I will, devise and bequeath as follows:

To my daughter Florence Smith I devised and bequeath Two-Elevenths (2/11) of my estate.

To my daughter Rebecca J. Brothers I devise and bequeath Two-Elevenths (2/11) of my estate.

To my son Charles Brothers I devise and bequeath Two-Elevenths (2/11) of my estate.

To my son Ralph Brothers I devise and bequeath Two-Elevenths (2/11) of my estate.

Item 3. To my daughter Alice Brothers I devise and bequeath One Eleventh (1/11) of my estate.

To my son Howard Brothers I devise and bequeath One Eleventh (1/11) of my estate.

To my daughter Lillien Whitfield I devise and bequeath One Eleventh (1/11) of my estate.

Item 4. I hereby appoint James Moss of Pottawattamie County, Iowa and D.E. Whitfield, of Malvern,Iowa,executors of this my last will and testament.

On this 16th day of December A.D. 1905, the foregoing instrument was in our presence signed and executed and by S.T.
