I Thomas M. Boles of Malvern, Mills County Iowa, being of full age and sound mind, do make and publish and declare this my last will and testament, That is to say, First: I direct that all my lawfull debts the expenses of my last sickness, and the administration of my estate be paid out of my personal property.

Second: I give devise and bequeath to my wife Caroline A. Boles all of my personal property and real estate of which I may die seized to have and to hold with all the rents income and profits arising therefrom for her use and control during the term of her natural life.

Third: I direct that after the death of my said wife the real estate of which I die seized and personal property if there shall be any remaining shall be divided equally among my children to wit: George W. Boles, Mary Emma Turner, formerly Mary Emma Boles, James M. Boles, Charles T. Boles, Frank Boles and Alice Boles, share and share alike.

Fourth: I direct that in the event of the death of any of my said childen aforesaid that then in that event the share of said child shall revert to their children of heirs.

Fifth: I hereby revoke all former wills by me made and hereby appoint my said wife Caroline A. Boles and my son Charles T. Boles Executrix and executor of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have heereunto set my hand this 20th day of November A.D. 1905.

The foregoing instrument consisting of one sheet of type written paper the reverse side hereof was on the 20th day of November A.D. 1905 subscribed by the testator Thomas M. Boles, as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of each of the undersigned, who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have signed our names hereto as subscribing witnesses,
