I Mrs Elenor C. Record (Widow) of Glenwood Iowa make this my last will and testament, towit: I hereby give bequeath and divise my estate and property, real and personal as follows: That is to say I hereby order and direct that all of my property both real and personal except furniture household goods and wearing apparel, shall be sold and converted into cash, and that after all the expenses incurred during my last sickness and funeral shall have feen fully paid and any just or legal debts against my estate evidenced or acknowledged by my legal signature are fully satisfied or paid, I hereby order that the amount remaining shall be divided as follows:

To my daughter Julia Thompson 250.00

To my son William Record 250.00

To my daughter Jennie Shriver 500.00

To my son James F. Record 100.00

To my son Samuel B.Record 100.00

To my son Charles H.Record 500.00

To my Grand daughter Elsa Ewing 250.00

To my Grand daughter Mabel Edwards 250.00

In the event that my estate should be insufficient to pay these amounts, I desire they shall be settled pro rata, should there be an excess in my estate I direct that it shall be distributed pro rata, with the above amounts, I further direct that the small three cornered strip of land across the road and directly east of the house shall not be included in the sale of my real estate, but I hereby divise and give the same to my son James F. Record, and I direct that a deed for same shall be made direct to him.

I hereby appoint F. M. Shriver of Glenwood Iowa, as administrator without bond and I authorize him to sign and execute any and all deeds to real estate.

In witness whereof I have signed sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will at Glenwood on 29th day of October 1902.

The said Elenor C Record at said Glenwood Iowa on said 29th day of October 1902 signed and sealed this instrument and published and declared the same as and for her last will and we at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto written our names as subscribing.
