WILL OF CHARLES MUNSINGER
Know all men by these presents - that I, Charles Munsinger of Mills County, Iowa considering the uncertainty of life and being of sound mind and memory do make declare and publish this my last will and testament and do hereby absolutely revoke each and every other will which I may have heretofore made.
First. I give and bequeath to my wife Electa Munsinger all the personal property and one third of all the real property of which I may die possessed or to which I shall be entitled at my decease.
Second. After the bequest herein first made shall have been fully satisfied the principal residue of my entire estate as aforesaid shall not be used or diminished except for and by lawful claims there against and according as herein below directed, but shall be in trust to my wife Electa Munsinger to whom I give and bequeath all use improvement and income arising therefrom during her natural lifetime or until such a time as she may remarry.
Third. Upon the death or remarriage of my said wife it is my will that the principal residue of my entire estate aforesaid shall pass with like conditions limitations and benefits as herein placed upon and allowed my said wife, to my daughter, Mrs. Evangeline Noel.
Fourth. Upon the death or remarriage of my said daughter it is my will that the principal residue of my estate aforesaid shall be equally divided among and the proportionate share thereof pass in fee simple to each of my grandchildren, Maud Noel, Ida Noel, Bessie Noel, Ethel Noel and Sadie Rubertie Noel, or so many of them as may be then living at the time of the death or remarriage of my said daughter, to have and to hold the same to them and their executors, administrators, heirs and assigns forever.
Fifth. I nominate and appoint my nephew Albert J. Munsinger of Tabor, Iowa to be the executor of this my last will and testament, believing that his memory of me will abjur him to the faithful performance of his trust, it is my will that he act as executor of my will and testament without bond.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and publish and decree this to be my last will and testament in the presence of the witnesses herein named below. This 16th day of May A.D. 1896.
