I Edward Burke being in ill health but of sound mind and disposing mind and memory do make declare and publish this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills heretofore by me made.
First. It is my desire and wish that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executor hereinafter named as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
Second. I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Margaret Burke Lots Six, Seven and Eight in Block # Fourteen in Gleasons Addition to the town of Pacific Junction according to the recorded plat of said addtion as designated by the records of Mills County, Iowa together with all _________ thereon located to have and to hold the same in fee simple forever.
Third. I give and devise and bequeath unto my said wife Margaret Burke all of my household goods and kitchen furniture and all personal property contained in my house at the time of my death.
Fourth. I give devise and bequeath unto my said wife Margaret Burke all money I may have on hand or in the bank at the time of my death intending hereby to give to my said wife all of my property of whatsoever kind real personal and mixed to have for her own use and benefit forever.
Fifth. I nominate and appoint my said wife Margaret Burke the sole Executrix of this my last will and testament to serve as such without being required to give bond.
